  • Free Major Version Upgrade: If a new major version is released within 12 months of your purchase, you can upgrade for free.
  • Discounted Major Version Upgrade: After 12 months, you can upgrade to a new major version at a 50% discount.
  • Always Free Minor Version Upgrades: Minor version upgrades are always free.
• Can I move my license to a new computer?

  Yes, you can transfer your license to a new computer. Simply uninstall the program from the old computer and then install it on the new one.

• Will my license include technical support?

  All license owners are eligble for priority techical support.

• Is there a separate registered version?

  No, simply enter your product key into the trial version to convert it into the full version.

• Is a VM considered a separate computer for licensing purposes?

  Yes, a virtual machine is considered a separate computer from a licensing perspective. If you use NetDetour on a virtual machine, it requires a separate license, just like it would for a physical computer.

• Can I use my license on a terminal server?

  No, a personal license cannot be used on terminal servers or other server computers. If you require a license for server environments, please contact us for assistance.
